Onderwerp: Looking for a "Foto ID"

I have found the record of my great grandfather, but the date of his birth is missing.   How can I get a copy of the "Foto ID"?

His name is Hepke Jan Gjteltema and the Foto ID number is 323.

Hoping someone can assist?

The name is Margaretha Maria Scholtens.
